Requirements

High school diploma
One year of experience
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis

Responsibilities

Coordinate and resolve HR-related requests by connecting clients with appropriate resources and solutions
Communicate accurate information concerning HR services through inbound calls and electronically submitted communications
Provide support to analyze and resolve HR related requests for information
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to employee, manager, and stakeholder inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
Serve as a versatile HR team member, providing cross-functional support across multiple HR functions and initiatives
Maintain and update personnel records and HR data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality
Support HR operations, projects, and process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and the employee experience
Adapt to changing priorities and departmental needs while contributing to the successful execution of HR programs and services
Collaborate with HR team members and campus partners to support Baylor University's mission, strategic objectives, and workplace culture
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
