Requirements

  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of HR management.
  • Event Planning to include proactively planning, organizing, and executing events and activities, including food and facility preparation, agenda preparation for Corporate HR scheduled meeting and training sessions.
  • Oversees internal administrative duties such as processing invoices, expense reports, weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports, material creation and copies.
  • Assists Human Resources Information System, files, and records.
  • Organizes and assists with benefits maintenance.
  • Plans and schedules meetings and appointments.
  • Manages projects and conducts basic research.
  • Prepares presentations, correspondence, publications, and reports.
  • Organizes meetings, keeping agenda, minutes, etc.
  • Assists other Human Resources Managers.
  • Serve as a reliable source of information for employees, promptly answering questions regarding payroll and benefits
  • Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Maintain Human Resources files and records to ensure consistent data accuracy.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
