About The Position

We’re hiring a HR Assistant to support the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and HR operations while providing responsive customer service to employees across the organization. This role performs administrative and coordination activities related to payroll processing, onboarding and offboarding, and HR systems maintenance. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of accounting and/or data entry experience required
  • Experience with payroll, HRIS and benefit admin systems
  • Demonstrate and support a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite required
  • Exceptional organization and high attention to detail with dedication to follow-through
  • Effective in building understanding and creating trust among employees and managers at every level of the business

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, Employee Navigator preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Experience with web-based solutions such as Smartsheet, Egnyte, Slack preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up new hires and terminate separated employees in all HR systems and platforms.
  • Report new hire to DSHS multistate system.
  • Review and complete employee I-9’s in EMPTrust and conduct annual I-9 audits.
  • Adjust the status of recently separated employees in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with Field Ops team on HR vehicle management tasks: Provide related policy signoffs, and filing accident reports.
  • Assist with return of company property.
  • Maintain employee records in HRIS system(s).
  • Set up mail merges and coordinate companywide HR employee communications.
  • Assist with presentations and updating organizational charts.
  • Administer HR texting platform.
  • Schedule meetings as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned and business needs require.
  • Occasional travel to regional offices and sites for events, training and team meetings is required. Less than 10% of time.
