The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and helping with recruitment and payroll processes. They provide support in the following areas, but not limited to: recruitment, selection, employee records, documentation, and HR projects. This position will also dedicate approximately 25% of time supporting the Executive Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and administrative support for board and executive committee activities.
