About The Position

The HR Assistant supports full-cycle recruiting and general HR activities, high-volume hiring, and workforce development. This role manages the hiring process from sourcing to offer, provides a positive candidate experience, and contributes to building a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting responsibilities.
  • 1–2 years of general human resources experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and manage candidate communications in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear, professional, and timely interactions.
  • Source applicants through job boards, community partnerships, referrals, and targeted outreach efforts to support ongoing staffing needs.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs to promote open positions and attract qualified talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors to understand current and future staffing requirements.
  • Manage the full hiring process from application to offer, including screening, interviewing, coordinating feedback, and extending offers with timely follow-up.
  • Support new hires through onboarding by coordinating paperwork, assisting with orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with translating HR documents, internal communications, and training materials between English and Spanish as needed.
  • Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Contribute to workforce development initiatives and help strengthen the talent pipeline, particularly for high-volume and manufacturing roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to prioritize multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel locally as needed to attend recruiting events, visit partner organizations, and support on-site hiring activities.
