Responsibilities

  • Lead Employee Activities: Be the heart and soul of our employee engagement programs by coordinating exciting activities that boost team morale and connection.
  • Design & Implement L&D Calendar: Collaborate with the HR team to create and manage a Learning & Development calendar that aligns with company goals and employees’ growth paths.
  • Deliver Induction & Training Programs: From delivering induction sessions to leading training initiatives, you’ll ensure every employee feels equipped to excel. You'll work closely with Heads of Departments to map out the training needs, identify key trainers, and support their development to deliver training that makes a real difference. And you’ll also manage brand-specific training programs to ensure completion across the board.
  • CARE Committee Member: You’ll be an integral part of our CARE committee, driving a culture of inclusivity, wellness, and community within the workplace.
  • Admin Support & Supervision: Oversee and support the administrative functions within HR, jumping in to assist as needed and ensuring seamless operations.
