You'll have the chance to work on myriad projects, ample time to meet deadlines, the ability to learn new things, and be a very important member of our team who will be responsible for these four different pillars: Administration: We are looking for an experienced, multi-tasking professional who will handle Credit Union Board meeting coordination, and correspondence and reports for the CEO, Board members and other leadership. Human Resources: The incumbent will also be solely responsible for HR administration. This includes payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees; benefits administration including a robust 40l(k) plan; writing and posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and screening applicants. Will be responsible for onboarding new hires. BoD Coordination: The person will be the gatekeeper for the CEO and will interact heavily with our Board of Directors by preparing Board reports, setting up and attending meetings, answering questions, and maintaining minutes. Compliance: As a heavily regulated financial industry we have many requirements to meet, so this individual needs to understand due diligence and the importance of required documentation in files.
