Christie Ossington Neighbourhood Centre (CONC) is a multi-service community organization supporting individuals and families through shelter, housing, food security, and community-based programs across Toronto. Our work is rooted in dignity, respect, and a commitment to meeting people where they are. We strive to create a workplace where staff feel supported, valued, and able to contribute meaningfully to their communities. The Housing Worker provides direct support to individuals accessing CONC’s Hostel and Drop-In services, helping them find and maintain safe, sustainable housing. As a key member of the Breaking Barriers team, this role involves collaborative case management and outreach to landlords and community partners. You will work closely with the Life Management, Health & Wellness, Income Security, and Drop-In teams to deliver integrated, client-centered housing solutions. This is a unionized position reporting to the Supervisor of Shelter Programs.
