About The Position
Provides housing information and linkage services, including home visits to clients' homes as needed, through a permanent housing program to a diverse set of households that are impacted by chronic medical issues.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to travel within the service area.
- Must be able to conduct home visits.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of housing resources and programs.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
