This is a full-time FLSA-exempt position under the general supervision of the Director of Housing and Citizen Services. The Housing Redevelopment Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives to eliminate blight, stabilize neighborhoods, and catalyze reinvestment using sophisticated public sector and private sector financing tools. This role requires deep expertise in complex capital stacks, public financing mechanisms, HUD programs, and real estate development. The Housing Redevelopment Program Manager will work collaboratively with internal departments, external stakeholders, Housing and Urban Development, general contractors, developers, lenders, and community partners to structure viable projects that advance long term community development goals. Success in this position requires a highly motivated, strategic problem-solver who is proactive, resourceful, and able to self-educate in response to evolving program needs. This position is grant funded and will end upon the closure of the grant funding. This grant-funded, term-limited position is currently funded for approximately one (1) year with the potential of extending for an additional two (2) years, subject to receipt of additional funding.
