We're a private, not-for-profit organization coordinating public health grants for a 26-county region in central PA, seeking a Housing Program Analyst for our full-time hybrid position balanced between work-from-home and within our Camp Hill, PA office. This position works with a diverse network of partners, including health systems, federally qualified health centers and community-based organizations, and in partnership with a team that works on a wide range of public health grant-funded programs and direct services. These include but are not limited to reproductive health, preventative health services, community-health services, HIV/AIDS care and services, and the WIC Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public health related field or equivalent work experience in public health, social work, maternal and child health, public administration, or a similar field
  • Excellent analytical, customer-service, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Travel, including a limited number of out-of-town trips, is necessary
  • PA State Police Criminal Record Check (PATCH)
  • FBI Criminal Record Check, from fingerprinting
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance (PACA)

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with service providers
  • Provide customer support, training and technical assistance
  • Make accurate data entry into housing systems
  • Handle housing application review and eligibility determination
  • Coordinate budget monitoring

  • Prepare/submit any grant-required reports
