This position is responsible for accepting and processing residents staying in the lodge/shelter overnight, receiving and receipting fees, monitoring resident activity to ensure safety, security, and compliance with house rules, maintaining accurate records and logs, and ensuring the lodge/shelter is kept neat and orderly. The role involves checking clients in, preparing and monitoring intake cards, determining payment status, preparing resident rosters, and maintaining resident property records. The Housing Monitor also ensures the security of the facility by checking windows and doors, monitoring cameras, making periodic rounds, and recording any unique situations. Additionally, the position involves waking residents at designated times and ensuring they vacate the premises by the required time.
