About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and organized Housing Manager to support day-to-day housing operations and ensure accurate, timely, and confidential management of tenant records. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in administration, housing, social services, case management, or compliance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HUD, Housing Choice Voucher (HCV), Section 8, public housing, or other affordable housing programs.
• Familiarity with EIV, PIC, and housing management software.
• Knowledge of income calculations, eligibility determinations, and housing regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor accurate tenant files and records.
• Conduct annual tenant recertifications and process interim requests, including rent adjustments.
• Review information for accuracy and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of tenant and agency information.
• Attend required training and cross-training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
