Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long-term accommodation! The role involves supporting customers in over 55's independent living, ensuring their properties are well-maintained and engaging them in their tenancies. Responsibilities include assisting with housing benefit claims, turning around vacant properties for maximum occupancy, conducting routine safety and compliance checks, and managing administrative tasks such as updating records and arranging payments for works.
