Help people build a stronger foundation for wellness by connecting them with housing opportunities, resources, and community support. Schedule-Monday-Friday, 40 hours weekly. The Housing Liaison helps individuals access and maintain stable housing by connecting them with housing programs, community resources, and supportive services. This role works collaboratively with consumers, clinical and case management teams, landlords, and community partners to create pathways toward housing stability and greater independence. Through a strengths-based, Housing First approach, the Housing Liaison helps individuals navigate resources, overcome practical barriers, and connect with services that support their personal goals and overall wellness. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships, navigating community resources, and advocating alongside individuals as they work toward stable housing. You’ll serve as a trusted resource and community connector, collaborating with landlords and local organizations while helping individuals access the supports and opportunities that can strengthen their housing stability and quality of life.
