As the development arm of the East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority, Partners creates impactful economic opportunities by making strategic investments in Housing, People, and Neighborhoods. Partners is a growing organization with a development portfolio that includes approximately 1,000 units in various stages of development. The Housing Data Analyst is responsible for providing financial and data analysis in support of the organization's affordable housing portfolio, with a primary focus on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. This role reviews property financial statements, budgets, and audits, prepares reports and dashboards, and recommends solutions to improve the financial and operational performance of the portfolio. The Analyst also supports development activities through data preparation, financial schedules, and reporting that advance projects in the development pipeline.
