About The Position
Idaho Housing and Finance Association is looking for a Housing Counseling Support Specialist to join their team. This role is vital in guiding clients through the housing counseling process. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for housing counseling clients, answering questions, gathering information, and completing initial intake assessments
- Enter and maintain client information in CMS, assign counseling files, and coordinate appointments with housing counselors
- Provide ongoing administrative and customer service support to housing counselors and clients through phone, email, and chat
- Maintain housing counseling resources, spreadsheets, client files, and documentation to support accurate and compliant program operations
- Provide support for Online Homebuyer Education programs and cross-train to serve as backup for Homebuyer Education responsibilities
- Assist with client follow-up, correspondence, clerical duties, and additional housing counseling projects as needed
- Other job duties as assigned
