JOB SUMMARY The Pinecrest Housing Coordinator is responsible for tenant satisfaction, excellent service quality and daily operations. This individual will assist tenants and their families with questions/concerns, tours, orientations, and help to determine the most desired housing community based on their unique set of wants and needs. This includes maintaining excellent communication and quality customer service skills with the tenants, the tenants’ families, and Pinecrest of Country Manor staff. The Pinecrest Coordinator is responsible for volunteer program development and supervision, activities, socials, and special events.
