About The Position

The Housing Care Manager is responsible for providing direct rehabilitation, logistical assistance, advocacy, and case participant in their recovery goals as well as access to and the securing housing in addition to interventions that facilitate housing stability. Strategically supports relationships between agency, consumer and landlords, including mediation and conflict resolution when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Two or more years' experience in delivery of community-based mental health services and/or peer-to-peer support services
• Valid driver's license
• Clean DMV record
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in human services field
• Demonstrated skills and competencies to work with people with mental health and/or substance use disorders
