Provides assistance and clerical support to the property manager in the day-to-day operation of assigned property. This includes collecting and recording rent and other charges, assisting with evictions, receiving and processing work order repairs, conducting annual re-examinations to verify continued program eligibility, and performing inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. The role also ensures equipment is in proper working order and vacant apartments are ready for occupancy.
