About The Position

Join our team as a Housing Advocate Lead and help drive meaningful changes in our community. In this key role, you’ll support participants with compassionate, person-centered services while guiding and mentoring housing advocates to ensure high quality care. Your leadership will enhance program outcomes, strengthen team collaboration, and promote housing stability for those we service. Make a lasting impact one household at a time! NeighborImpact's Housing program offers crucial assistance to individuals and families in need within Crook, Deschutes, and Jefferson counties, as well as the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. The program can provide eviction prevention and deposit assistance, prioritizing applications based on need rather than a first-come, first-served basis. We value the respect and dignity of all.
