Requirements

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, or a related service-focused environment.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively multitasking, prioritizing responsibilities, and adapting to changing operational needs.
  • Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team while providing friendly, professional support to guests and fellow colleagues.
  • Be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 25 pounds, while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering outstanding service every day.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Housekeeping team by stocking linen closets, replenishing guest amenities, and ensuring room attendants have the supplies needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked housekeeping areas by transporting linens, supplies, and equipment throughout the property.
  • Collect and dispose of soiled linens, trash, and recyclables while keeping housekeeping carts and work areas clean and organized.
  • Clean and maintain guest room hallways, foyers, stairwells, and other assigned public areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and detailed cleaning tasks.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, housekeeping radio calls, and operational needs while providing friendly, professional service and support.
  • Assist with guestroom cleaning, turndown service, and other housekeeping responsibilities as needed to maintain Canyon Ranch's exceptional cleanliness and service standards.
