About The Position

The Houseperson helps create memorable guest experiences by keeping designated hotel areas clean and welcoming. The role maintains public spaces, greets guests and delivers requested items, supports room cleaning as needed, organizes housekeeping supplies, performs periodic deep-cleaning projects, and reports repair or maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
