About The Position
As a Houseperson, you’ll help create guest experiences that are enjoyable and comfortable. This role is not a desk job and involves a lot of movement and physical activity. You will be assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of guest areas and supporting the housekeeping team.
Requirements
- At least one month of related experience.
- Passion for customer service.
- Ability to work with others seamlessly.
- Ability to collaborate within a diverse team dynamic.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assist in cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells and public areas.
- Empty Room Attendant carts of soiled linen and trash.
- Flip mattresses and move furniture as needed.
- Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
