About The Position

Blue Water is a growing hospitality company that operates RV resorts, campgrounds, hotels, and attractions. They focus on creating memorable guest experiences. This role is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and organizing assigned areas, providing direct assistance with room cleaning, supporting common areas, and undertaking other projects to ensure a top-notch guest experience.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
At least 1+ year of hospitality experience in housekeeping
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Work well independently and as part of a team
Ability to operate laundry equipment and tools
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests.
Effective prioritization skills
Able to work on demand

Responsibilities

Strip, sort, and treat all linens to achieve cleanliness and freshness expectations.
Ensure beds are prepared to expectations with fresh linens.
Support room attendants and housekeeping team with delivering and organizing supplies/essentials, including delivery to guests as requested.
Ensure cleanliness of communal areas, including dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and other floor treatment needs.
May support guests with assistance in transporting luggage and personal items to and from the room.
Provide onsite guest support, queries, or requests through a high-quality customer service approach.
Work cohesively with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Ensure the property is always guest-ready.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Provides regular and reliable attendance.
