About The Position

We are currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team at The Recovery Village Ridgefield — a nationally recognized inpatient rehab facility helping adults overcome substance use and mental health challenges. Located in beautiful Ridgefield, Washington, our facility provides evidence-based care in a supportive, peaceful setting complete with wellness-focused amenities including fitness facilities, walking trails, yoga, recreational spaces, and more. Your work directly contributes to the healing experience of individuals receiving treatment and recovery support. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and values teamwork and professionalism.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Prefer one (1) year of experience or a personal preference in Housekeeping in a health care facility

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize assigned areas following established schedules and healthcare standards
Maintain and refinish hard surface flooring to a clean, polished appearance
Shampoo carpets and remove stains as needed
Maintain linen inventory and assist with special event setup
Operate commercial cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs
Assist with emergency spill cleanup when necessary
Move and arrange furniture as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate positively with coworkers and leadership
Adapt to changing priorities and daily needs within the facility
