Functions as a working Team Leader under the general direction of manager in the area of floor care. This role involves making rounds and inspecting assigned nursing and non-nursing areas to ensure policies and procedures are followed, cleanliness standards are maintained, and safe work practices are observed. The Team Leader is responsible for staff training, supply control, and acting as a supervisor in the absence of direct management. They will also conduct training sessions, generate reports, and evaluate staff performance.
