About The Position
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the selection, training, development, and performance of the housekeeping and laundry staff. This role also involves establishing and communicating job responsibilities, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident rooms and public restrooms, by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines. Additionally, the supervisor will complete resident discharges and prepare rooms for the next admission.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
