About The Position
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the selection, training, development, and performance of the housekeeping and laundry staff. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness within the facility, including resident rooms and public restrooms, by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines. Additionally, the supervisor completes resident discharges and prepares rooms for the next admission.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and conducts performance reviews.
- Maintains cleanliness within the facility, including resident rooms and public restrooms, by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
- Completes resident discharges and prepares rooms for next admission.
