About The Position

Step into a leadership role with Lake Lawn Resort as a Housekeeping Supervisor. In this position, you’ll ensure guest rooms meet high cleanliness standards while supporting and guiding the housekeeping team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 3+ years of housekeeping experience (room attendant or houseperson)
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Assign rooms and manage daily workflow using the housekeeping system
• Support inventory control of linens, supplies, and equipment
• Train and onboard new room attendants and housepersons
• Assist with scheduling priorities and team coordination
• Clean guest rooms as needed during high-volume periods
• Handle VIP room inspections and special cleaning requests
• Maintain organization of linen rooms and storage areas
• Answer office calls and support communication across teams
• Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives
