Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.

Nice To Haves

college coursework in a related field is a plus
Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe.
Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment.
