Our beautiful 196-room hotel features six spacious event rooms and a tented outdoor event space, making us a premier destination for weddings, meetings, and special events. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment throughout the hotel. This role plays a key part in maintaining high guest satisfaction standards and supporting team performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (second language a plus)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of housekeepers and housemen
- Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance concerns
- Report repair needs promptly to maintenance or appropriate departments
- Collaborate with front office and engineering regarding room availability and out-of-order status
- Assist with scheduling, training, and supervision of housekeeping team members
- Ensure adherence to brand and company cleanliness standards
- Manage lost and found items according to hotel procedures
- Assist with cleaning rooms or “over” rooms when necessary
- Support department operations and step into other roles as needed
