About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor helps ensure guest rooms and public spaces consistently meet standards of cleanliness and care. The role supports daily operations by coordinating team assignments, conducting quality checks, assisting with training, and helping manage linen, supplies, and cleaning schedules. The supervisor leads the team to work efficiently and create a welcoming experience for every guest. The role may also assist with housekeeping duties when staffing needs require.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to use computers and basic office applications.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage assignments, monitor productivity, and support departmental budgets.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
• Ability to handle cleaning supplies, equipment, and linen in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
