About The Position
Confidence Management Solutions (CMS) is currently recruiting experienced Housekeeping Staff & Floor Tech for a long-term care nursing facility in Leesburg, FL. Temporary positions are available. On-the-job training is provided. Walk-ins are welcome to fill out an application in person.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-year long-term care, hospital, or healthcare experienced preferred.
- Environmental Services or housekeeping experience a plus.
- Prior experience working in a nursing home, hospital or healthcare environment a plus.
- Ability to operate automatic floor scrubbing machines and floor buffers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Dispose of trash, bio-hazard waste, and other materials.
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Perform other job-related duties as they become required.
- Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing throughout the facility.
- Utilize and safely operate extractor, auto-scraper, high speed buffer, shop vac, side-to-side buffer, vacuum, and steam machine.
