About The Position
In this role, you will be responsible for performing the day-to-day activities in Housekeeping Services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing long-term care. You will advance the value that the resident comes first, valuing the Community as the residents' home and working to create attributes of home and modeling person centered care. You will be empowered to actively participate in the lives of our residents and their families, joining the PMMA team to provide the best quality of life and care for our residents.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent desired.
- Housekeeping experience in a health care setting desired.
Responsibilities
- Performing the day-to-day activities in Housekeeping Services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing long-term care and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor to assure the Community is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
- Advancing the value that the resident comes first.
- Valuing the Community as the residents' home and working to create attributes of home and modeling person centered care.
