The Housekeeping Services Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, treating the community as their home. This position is part of the PMMA team, dedicated to providing a high quality of life for residents.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent desired.
• Housekeeping experience in a health care setting desired.

Responsibilities

• Performing the day-to-day activities in Housekeeping Services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing long-term care.
• Assuring the Community is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
• Advancing the value that the resident comes first.
• Working to create attributes of home and modeling person centered care.
