Housekeeping Services Assist
About The Position
Farmington Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Housekeeping Services Assistant to join their team. This role is responsible for performing daily housekeeping tasks in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care. The goal is to ensure the community is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, prioritizing the resident's experience as their home and modeling person-centered care. The organization is a faith-based, not-for-profit entity with a culture of learning, growth, and engagement, focused on providing a high quality of life and care for residents.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent desired.
- Housekeeping experience in a health care setting desired.
Responsibilities
- Performing the day-to-day activities in Housekeeping Services in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing long-term care.
- Assuring the Community is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
- Advancing the value that the resident comes first.
- Valuing the Community as the residents' home and working to create attributes of home and models person centered care.
