As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout our skilled nursing facility.
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and resident-centered mindset
- High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to follow oral and written direction.
Nice To Haves
- Housekeeping or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Collecting and disposing of trash and recyclables
- Replenishing supplies as needed
- Following infection control and safety procedures
- Responding to housekeeping requests promptly and professionally
- Contributing to a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and coworkers
