The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment. Requirements
- Hospitality oriented
- Must be able to bend, squat, stretch,and lift weighing up to 60 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
- Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties
- Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Deliver any guest request directly to their room.
- Maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment used.
- Check with the supervisor to determine if any special situations are present so that you can give them immediate attention.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Knowledgeable in the steps of room service, including setting up amenities and other related tasks.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
