Requirements
- Hospitality-oriented.
- Must be able to bend, squat, stretch, and lift up to 60 pounds.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
- Willing and able to perform basic cleaning tasks.
- Must possess good communication skills in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and attend to guest service needs, and thank guests with sincere appreciation.
- Deliver any guest requests directly to their room.
- Maintenance and cleaning of all equipment used.
- Consult with supervisor to determine if any special situations are present so that they can be attended to immediately.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
- Know the steps of room service, including the preparation of amenities and other related tasks.
- Ensure that quality expectations and standards are met.
- Be informed about the daily operations of the hotel, review daily event sheets, bulletin boards, and be aware of all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Ensure that uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to supervisor.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by supervisors.
