About The Position

As a Housekeeping Runner, you will deliver requested items to staff and guest units promptly and efficiently. You will maintain a clean and organized storage closet and navigate the resort by providing around-the-clock service. A key part of this role is to greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome. You will be responsible for delivering clean linen to buildings and retrieving dirty linen from buildings to bring to the laundry. You will keep carts, closets, and equipment in orderly fashion, and take trash and linen to the corresponding bins. You will report any damaged items to your immediate supervisor and respond to any owner or guest requests/complaints in a professional and timely manner. You will also respond to guest calls for any additional services or products for a unit or room utilizing a device. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.

Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
