About The Position

We are looking for individuals to join our Housekeeping team to clean and
arrange guest rooms to hotel standards, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming,
cleaning windows and balconies, and replacing amenities. Assist with deep
cleaning projects as business needs. Report all guest items left in room; report
damage in rooms, hallways, or common areas; restock cart prior to end of shift.

Requirements

• Ability to work weekends and may be asked to work both AM and PM shifts.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to clean a minimum of 13 rooms in 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards of excellence for guestrooms cleanliness are followed.
• Attend daily  line-up meetings in the housekeeping office.
• Report anomalies in the guestrooms to supervisor or dispatcher.
• Keep the service areas and closets clean at all times.
• Maintain carts organized at all times.
• Make the bed specific to training and standards.
• Clean the bathroom following the steps specified in the training manual.
• Dust room and replace all amenities throughout the room.
• Vacuum room thoroughly.
• follow all service standards specified to our Housekeeping Standards.
• Report and turn in any Lost and Found items from guestrooms or hallways.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to any requests and acknowledge all guests all the time.
