About The Position

The Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star is more than just the official hotel of the Dallas Cowboys, it’s the social hub for great food, fun and nightlife. This 16-story hotel features 300 beautifully appointed guest rooms and suites and a range of meeting spaces to accommodate any sized gathering. Requirements

  • After 2 week of training Room attn, must be able to finish 16 credits on 8 hrs shift
  • After 60 days GRA accuracy must be 90% out of the check list
  • After 90 day GRA must be able to maintain 95% accuracy and speed of 16 credits in 8 hrs shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Overtime is not permitted if is not authorize by a Manager

Responsibilities

  • Responds to all guest requests appropriately
  • Depending upon the volume, is responsible for servicing an assigned number of guest rooms
  • Keeps the supply cart neat and organized at all times
  • Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order
  • Removes room service tables and trays from guest rooms
  • Return all items left behind by guest to Lost Prevention on the same day
