About The Position
We are hiring Room Attendants! Join our housekeeping team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Room Attendants are essential in delivering excellent guest experiences by ensuring our rooms are spotless, fresh, and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Ability to clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner following hotel standards.
- Ability to maintain an organized and well-stocked linen cart.
- Ability to report any maintenance needs in guest rooms (e.g., fixtures, door locks, TVs, HVAC).
- Ability to ensure security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued.
- Ability to report lost and found items promptly.
- Ability to respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
Responsibilities
