Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant in a hotel environment.
- Basic comprehension of the English language (to be able to communicate with hotel guests and to follow-up on requests).
- Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, on an A.M. or P.M. schedule.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hilton standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Restock guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and beverages.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure public areas and corridors are clean and orderly.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Follow proper procedures for cleaning equipment and handling chemicals safely.
