About The Position
The Housekeeping Porter is responsible for maintaining the building's appearance, both internally and externally. This includes removing trash and debris from various areas such as exterior grounds, streets, stairwells, and chutes. The role also involves performing property inspections and communicating any deficiencies found outside of the assigned scope.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a porter/groundskeeper role
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Some problem-solving skills
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining building appearance, both internally and externally
- Remove all trash and debris from exterior grounds, streets, stairwells, chutes and more
- Perform property inspections and communicate any noted deficiencies outside your assigned scope
