As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be in the driver’s seat and guide your team to succeed, assign duties to supervisors while inspecting team members, respond quickly to guest requests and follow ups, conduct performance reviews, and manage and monitor assigned buildings. Requirements

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Proven track record in a leadership hotel housekeeping team of a resort of at least 500 rooms or more for 2 to 3 years.
• A flexible schedule with 7 days per week availability, open to working any days, any shift, is a must.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
