About The Position
Sun Realty is seeking a full-time, year-round Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of service and satisfaction for both homeowners and guests. This role requires dedication to excellence in property care and housekeeping operations. For more than 46 years, Sun Realty has been a trusted leader in Outer Banks vacation rentals, and we would love for you to be part of our team!
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service
- 2+ years of housekeeping experience
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Hearing, speaking, seeing, walking, climbing steps, bending, and lifting 50 pounds
- Requires reading, comprehension, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language
- Reliable transportation with valid, active NC Driver License, proper insurance, and Inspections (as required in company guidelines)
- Operating computers, copiers, and all office equipment
