About The Position

The Housekeeping Manager will lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience every day. This role involves engaging warmly with guests, handling concerns swiftly, and ensuring operational standards are met. The manager will also be responsible for managing department finances by scheduling efficiently, tracking payroll, and controlling supply costs. Overseeing staffing, from interviewing to coaching, and supporting performance management with fairness and clarity are key duties. Additionally, the manager will train Associates on brand standards and Atrium’s Clean ซึ่ง Assured program to maintain high quality.

Requirements

• Experience managing housekeeping teams – You know how to motivate and lead a hardworking crew.
• 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office – You keep records, schedules, and reports organized and up to date.
• Physically capable and flexible – Able to lift 50 lbs, be on your feet during shifts, and work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

• Bilingual skills a plus – Great for communicating with diverse teams and guests.
