About The Position

The Housekeeping Manager oversees daily housekeeping operations and leads a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and provide exceptional guest experiences at Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. The role involves coordinating room assignments and special requests, inspecting guestrooms and public areas, communicating department statuses, responding to guest concerns, and helping develop team members.

Requirements

At least 2 years of prior housekeeping experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Knowledge of scheduling and productivity.
High school-level math ability.

Nice To Haves

Ability to communicate in Spanish.

Responsibilities
